Job Description:
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) seeks a Digital Content Development Manager to lead the delivery of a new website and transform digital content production and management.
This role is critical to creating an excellent user experience, growing organic traffic, increasing visitor engagement, and establishing metrics to measure performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the comprehensive audit of current content on the CCPC.ie website and ensure coverage of all consumer and business sections.
* Develop and deliver the website information architecture, content, and SEO strategy for the phase one launch in Q1 2026 and subsequent content releases.
* Prepare and lead briefings to 3rd party content producers, oversee the production and delivery of priority new content formats, and formulate a robust content approval process.
* Manage and develop the Digital Content Executive to achieve new website projects and goals.
* Monitor and analyse content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
* Minimum four years' relevant experience in website management.
* High degree of proficiency in Word Press and other market leading content management systems.
* Excellent written communication and copy writing skills using plain English.
* Previous experience with website FAQs and chatbots, producing digital content in multi-media formats, and cross-functional work.
