We are hiring Operations Executives to manage the Fresh business part of specialty fulfillment.
This role is a part of the centralized supply chain planning function at Amazon India.
The incumbent will be collaborating with Program Managers, Operations, and Business Teams for planning and execution of Supply Chain functions.
This role involves building mechanisms to ensure effective inputs are shared from an S&OP perspective to stakeholders managing both speed and cost for the channel.
Ownership traces from site code creation to launch.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will own the following:
Responsible for working with supply chain, operations, SME, Transportation, and other Amazon teams to coordinate S&OP activities.Owning of S&OP related reports and deep dives.Sending weekly updates on critical projects by using query-based tools and Excel.Capacity configurations on the system.Deep dives on escalations by all stakeholders on topics of speed.Critical support during all peak events for all system configurations required.Liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Bachelor's degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
