Job Title: Channel Account Manager

About the Role:
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Negotiate trade terms and funding in alignment with category strategies.
* Manage key events like product launches, price changes, and trade term breaches.
* Develop and implement customer and joint business plans with internal teams.
* Create and execute promotional plans, ensuring customer alignment.
* Oversee investments, ensuring agreements are documented.
* Work with trading executives on promotion administration.
* Manage new product launches and ensure smooth in-store activations.
Requirements:
* 3 years of relevant account management experience is required.
* Experience with managing accounts at a National level is advantageous.
* Strong commercial background with exposure to P&L management.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
* Previous experience in leading and developing direct reports is a plus, but not essential.
