SureSkills is excited to partner with a well-respected charity to find an IT Support Officer to join their Dublin HQ. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT professional to work hands-on with cutting-edge systems, support a meaningful cause, and take ownership of key processes and projects in a dynamic IT team.
Please Note: Applicants should hold a valid working permit in order to be considered. A driving licence and use of a vehicle is a requirement for this role.
What you’ll do:
* Provide best-in-class end user support across key applications (Salesforce, Google Workspace, DocuSign)
* Efficiently on-board and off-board end users.
* Support in all use of devices.
* Account and password maintenance and support.
* Attending meetings with the IT and wider team.
* Prepare and distribute written reports.
* Ensure adherence to all organisational policies and procedures.
What you’ll need:
* 3rd Level degree within Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
* Industry certification within Salesforce, Google Workspace or other relevant technologies.
* Experience within a customer service/customer-facing environment.
* Experience of coding for the web (HTML, CSS), is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Proactive with an ability to use own initiative within a busy environment.
* Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
