As Senior Staff Analyst Premium Customer Service, you will be responsible for a seamless execution of transfers and changes and will collaborate with various stakeholders on different levels of hierarchy.
You will gain an understanding of every function role within the processes, such as their motivation for success.
You will often act as a problem solver and moderator and bring the ability to decide reasonable next steps to proceed.
You will bridge the gap between seamless process execution, customer satisfaction and Infineon's ability to offer change-related premium services In your new role you will: Own the processes for PCN and PD from a supply chain and operations perspective Identify the need for t ool and process improvements, and drive the corresponding development activities Collaborate with stakeholders from different functions, e.g.
SCM, PRM, QM, CQS, Sales & Marketing, Finance, etc Provide guidance to involved colleagues, especially for PCN/PD handling, execution, such as escalation Cross-divisional exchange to ensure Infineon wide harmonized solutions Moderate and manage customer requests and escalations, always collaborating with the involved functions Report and present to ATV management Do reporting and KPIs Feel confident in an environment of conflicting interests, ability to step back and experience to drive strategic topics Self-starter, you are creative in developing new ways to achieve your goals and are used to creating added value for everyone through creative solutions, even in challenging situations.
You have recognized that innovation is the key to success and thus create the perfect conditions to actively drive topics and motivate others to participate in the design and implementation.
You have a quick grasp, as well as supply chain know-how and process understanding, from which you can confidently develop the relevant key messages for customers.
You drive projects to success on your own initiative and you can onboard stakeholders and convince the team without authority.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject area At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain, service or sales, preferably in the semiconductor or automotive industry with a strong focus on customer interaction Experience in the professional presentation of companies and projects to customers Ability to inspire others with your ideas, take the lead and s uccessfully implement projects Proven yourself in working in complex and challenging situations in a multicultural organization A premium service mindset Ability to convince others of your vision and motivate them to perform at their best An unerring instinct for customer needs and innovations in the area of supply chain and customer service and have already successfully implemented marketing projects Ability to communicate confidently and winningly with customers at management level- Fluent German (would be a plus) Please send us your CV in English.
