Duties & Responsibilities: Associate CSA Quantity Surveyor Cost Management & Financial Reporting Procurement & Contract Administration Project Leadership & Team Management Valuations, Claims & Dispute Resolution Value Engineering & Risk Assessment Client & Stakeholder Engagement Industry Compliance & Best Practices This role will provide exposure to a wide range of highly complex projects.
The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge and skills as their responsibilities grow and evolve.
Desirable Criteria: Chartered SCSI / RICS Quantity Surveyor.
Experience in pharmaceutical or data centre projects is advantageous, demonstrating your understanding of industry best practices and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Strong Commercial Awareness Ability to manage costs effectively and maximize value for the company.

Contracts & Procurement Knowledge Proficient in various contract forms (e.g., RIAI, GCCC, NEC, FIDIC, JCT) and procurement strategies.

Project Management & Leadership Capable of leading and managing teams, with the ambition to develop and lead the Quantity Surveying department.

Cost Estimation, BOQs & Value Engineering Experience in estimating, cost planning, preparing bills of quantities and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5.
Negotiation & Client Management Skilled in negotiations with clients, contractors, and suppliers to secure the best outcomes.
6.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities Strong ability to analyze project risks, solve problems, and provide strategic solutions.
7.
Technical Knowledge of CSA Disciplines Understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects of projects.

Excellent Communication & Reporting Ability to present clear cost reports, financial updates, and commercial strategies.
