Job Title: HR Generalist
We are currently recruiting for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Dublin City. This hybrid role offers brilliant progression opportunities and a great employer brand within a large HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support employees throughout the entire life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Assist with managing HRIS (SAP) to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and liaise with the IT team to maintain operational efficiency.
* Liaise with the payroll team to guarantee accuracy in payroll processing.
* Provide timely support to employees with queries and produce regular reports.
* Oversee internal employee intranet processing procedures, including HR Policies and Procedures requests, such as sickness absence, leave of absence, and flexible working arrangements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within professional or financial services.
* Proven experience managing SAP HRIS and supporting employees with queries.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
