Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with senior management standards.
* Adhere to strict deadlines to maintain operational flow.
* Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining quality standards and ensuring store presentation.
* Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Manage store orders, monitor customer orders, and ensure timely stock replenishment from suppliers.
* Handle administrative tasks, including invoice management using Sage.
* Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
* Mentor and train junior staff on new procedures, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HACCP) and support inspection processes.
* Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and till reconciliation.
