Job Description
A dynamic B2B Marketing Manager is required for a minimum 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role involves hybrid working in Dublin but can be flexible for the right person based in Ireland.
The successful candidate will support the EMEA Enterprise Marketing team by developing and executing demand generation and awareness campaigns, as well as other marketing initiatives targeting the Enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning certain campaigns as part of the ABM strategy for Enterprise accounts in EMEA.
* Supporting the organisation of large events, including communication plans and liaising with Sales teams to drive registrations.
* Using data to analyse results of marketing campaigns through Salesforce dashboards and Power BI, interpreting results and identifying next steps where necessary.
* Collaborating with other marketing teams on Enterprise Accounts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A degree in marketing or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in ABM and B2B marketing.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with a large sales team.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Additional language such as Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and working with agencies to develop and monitor campaigns.
