Base pay range
Osborne has partnered with an international NGO based in Dublin to support their mission and growth. As part of this collaboration, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Operations to join their dynamic team. This leadership role offers an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact while driving operational excellence within a globally recognised organisation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee operations to ensure efficient administration and daily operations including but not limited to, HR, IT, and logistics.
2. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to develop and execute operational strategies.
3. Ensuring IT and communication systems are secure, so staff can carry out their work.
4. Verifying policies and procedures covering global staff ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.
5. Ensuring high performance of key operating teams.
For You:
1. Salary of €64,602 – €80,278 per annum.
2. 26 days annual leave.

Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience and strong understanding of compliance and governance in the NGO sector in Ireland and Globally.
2. High level of communication and analytical skills.
3. Strong motivator and organisational skills.
4. Ability to make strategic decisions based on cost and benefits.
5. Third level qualification in Human Rights, HR, Finance, Business or similar.
6. Problem solver with an eye for solutions.
