Fencing Manager Job Description
FRS Recruitment is seeking a Fencing Manager to develop and grow our Contract and Retail Fencing Business in the East/Southeast of Ireland. Experience in Fencing/Construction sectors is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of Contract and Retail Fencing Business.
* Proactively develop and grow the business on a profitable path.
* Provide leadership for staff and on-site workers.
* Maintain compliance with H&S, Employment, and other legislation.
* Effectively use company's IT Systems (Stock/Pricing Systems & CRM).
* Be responsible for Equipment, machinery, and vehicles in the region.
* Involved in Debtor management in the region.
Specific Roles:
* Pricing Fencing contracts in the region.
* Conducting site surveys and pricing fencing contracts.
* Recruiting and interviewing candidates for Staff positions.
* Organising training of onsite workers.
* Managing sub-contractors.
* Responsible for Quality control.
* Attend Trade Shows & Sales Events for the promotion of the business.
* Visit potential customers to promote the business.
* Promotion of the business through traditional advertising, social media, and liaising with the company's Marketing department.
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years industry background in Fencing or Construction or Agri/Project Management.
* Strong background in coordination working with key stakeholders.
* Strong people management background.
* Excellent communication skills and strong people person.
* Strong IT experience and use of systems and soft wares, MS Suite, Stock Management tools and CRM.
* Strong customer service background.
