HR Generalist – Employee Relations

We’re looking for a HR Generalist to join our team and support employee relations and HR initiatives across the business. This role is key to fostering a positive, fair, and legally compliant workplace while supporting business growth.
Location: Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin
Hybrid & Flexible Working (Own transport recommended due to location & occasional travel)
What you’ll do:
1. Employee Relations – Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
2. Manager Support – Coach and support managers on HR best practices, performance management, and absence processes.
3. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation – Ensure company policies align with employment law and industry best practices.
4. Mediation & Conflict Resolution – Foster a collaborative workplace by proactively managing disputes and facilitating mediation sessions.
5. HR Projects & Process Improvements – Support HR initiatives, training programs, and audits to drive continuous improvement.
6. HR Reporting & Insights – Analyse key HR metrics to inform senior leadership and enhance decision-making.
What we’re looking for:
1. A minimum of 3 years’ HR experience with a focus on employee relations in a large organisation.
2. A third-level qualification (CIPD qualification or working towards, desirable).
3. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
4. Mediation qualification (or experience facilitating workplace resolutions).
5. Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, professionalism, and confidence.
6. Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with HR IT systems and GDPR compliance.
8. Flexibility to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours when needed.
