Job Description
As a Support Engineer on the Partner Integration Team, you will drive operational efficiency for all services by identifying and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), metrics, monitors, procedures, tools, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Propose improvements to existing processes to enhance team speed, quality, and efficiency.
2. Deliver tools and services to simplify processes for partners, designing and owning solutions to streamline internal team operations, launch readiness, and production launches.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, TPM, and QA, to improve change management lifecycle and identify opportunities for innovation.
About You:
* 4+ years of software development or technical support experience.
* Experience in scripting modern programming languages.
* Familiarity with distributed applications, UNIX/Linux operating systems, and agile/scrum workflows.
