Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR administration? Join our team as an HR Administrator, where you’ll provide essential HR and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
* Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from job advertisements to interview coordination
* Oversee Garda Vetting for staff, volunteers, and students on placement
* Maintain and update HR files (staff, volunteers, students)
* Liaise with Payroll regarding changes to employee terms and conditions
* Track and monitor training & development initiatives across the organisation
* Analyse HR statistics (absence, vacancies, etc.) and report findings
* Assist in updating HR policies and procedures
* Oversee and manage the ID card system
* Handle general HR administration duties as required
General Office Administration
* Answer calls, take detailed messages, and handle correspondence
* Open, date-stamp, and distribute mail
* Send information packs, leaflets, and referral forms to clients and agencies
* Schedule appointments and type letters/correspondence
* Maintain organised filing systems, photocopy, and bind documents
* Compile statistics and book training rooms as required
What You Bring
* Experience in an HR administration role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong teamwork, planning & organisation, and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, including social media usage
* Experience in general office administration
* A CIPD HR qualification is a distinct advantage
* A full valid driving licence is required
