This role involves managing the order process, maintaining customer communications, and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries. The Sales Administrator will handle quoting, order tracking, and the development of strong, lasting relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee customer communications and build rapport
2. Process and track customer orders accurately
3. Work with the Account Management team to understand customer needs
4. Provide regular order status updates to customers
5. Engage in virtual meetings with customers as needed
6. Respond to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams as necessary
7. Prepare and issue customer quotations and proposals
8. Maintain accurate records within the ERP system
9. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise
10. Coordinate with Account Management teams to ensure on-time delivery
Requirements:
1. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
4. Proven ability to meet KPIs and performance targets
5. Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills
6. Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle tasks accurately
This is an excellent role for a graduate in Marketing or Business with 2 years administrative experience. Salary range is €32k - €36k DOE. Excellent holiday leave, remote working & defined career roadmap.
