A prestigious Irish Real Estate client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join and lead their exceptional team. Following their impressive success so far, they are looking to expand and bring in a dynamic, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to be part of their growing Property Management division in Dublin.

The Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with management experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the role is customer-centric.
* Proficient with property management financial software like Yardi and Rent Café.
* Experience in administration, leasing, or sales (locally or internationally) and looking for a change into this fast-growing sector.
* Highly organised, with a flexible approach and a strong team-oriented, energetic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations including key handovers, maintenance, repairs, and coordination with the Leasing team for optimal turnovers and minimising void periods.
* Ensuring accurate rent collection data entry, DD setup, and availability/move-out tracking.
* Administering annual rent reviews and ensuring adherence to business plans.
* Conducting property inspections, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
* Effectively managing tenancy arrears and RTB cases.
* Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost-saving measures.
* Collaborating with the Financial Reporting team to monitor income, expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
* Ensuring seamless service integration between units and common areas with Block Managers/OMC teams.
* Supporting ESG initiatives and sustainability efforts.
* Working closely with the Leasing, Services, and RX teams to foster strong relationships.
* Preparing for new PRS and Cost Rental launches.
* Ensuring timely execution of lease addendums and other agreements.
* Supporting the wider Leasing team as needed.
* Promoting the company’s brand and culture.
* Producing monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and clients.
* Providing exceptional service and support to residents.
