Our client, a leading international provider to the telecoms, transport infrastructure and power sectors, seeks a Group Insurance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Continuously improve strategies for managing our self-insured program, including claims management, risk assessment, and mitigation.
2. Work closely with third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, and consultants to optimize claims performance and minimize risk.
3. Monitor and evaluate the claims process to ensure timely and accurate processing and identify opportunities to reduce claim costs through effective management and intervention.
4. Communicate and manage vendors and brokers regularly.
5. Onboard and manage insurance compliance for high volumes of sub-contractors.
6. Stay up to date with regulations impacting group insurance programs and ensure the company's self-insured programs remain compliant with applicable laws.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in group insurance management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
* Minimum CIP accreditation.
* Previous experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with other departments.
* A proven track record in managing large-scale programs, including motor and liability insurance programs.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data trends.
