About the Role
ProSource is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a leading Cost and Project Management Consultancy based in Dublin.
The consultancy delivers exceptional services across commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
* Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
* Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including design consultants, contractors, and clients.
* Monitor and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
* Manage procurement processes, preparing tender documents and conducting contract negotiations.
* Oversight of quality control, ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and building regulations.
* Lead project meetings, including progress reviews, design workshops, and client presentations.
* Manage project documentation, including progress reports, risk registers, and change control logs.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3-5 years experience in project management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
* Track record of delivering successful projects across various sectors.
* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, procurement processes, and contract administration.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, focusing on achieving client objectives.
