About the Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in managing cash flow, ensuring liquidity, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor daily cash positions to ensure operational liquidity.
* Process cash transactions, including transfers, deposits, and payments.
* Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Assist in preparing detailed financial reports and documentation.
* Contribute to budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Maintain well-organized financial records.
* Support counterparty KYC and relationship management activities.
* Ensure adherence to internal policies and external compliance standards.
* Safeguard sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality.
