The Global Procurement Lead is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted product availability by managing all procurement activities for direct and indirect materials.
This hands-on role will oversee supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to support global operations.
The successful candidate will also lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP or other ERP systems to improve procurement efficiency.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of procurement experience in a global manufacturing or medical device environment.
Proven track record of ensuring product availability and managing supplier risks.
Strong background in direct and indirect procurement, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred) or ERP implementation expertise.
Preferred Education and Experience Experience working in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceuticals, or biotech preferred).
Procurement certifications such as CIPS, CPM, or CPSM.
Experience in a private equity or high-growth environment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and business requirements in a medical device environment.
Develop key performance metrics to measure procurement efficiency and supplier performance.
