Role: Production Assistant
Location: Onsite in Kinsale, Cork.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Work Model: Onsite.
Working Hours: 8:30 - 16:00.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for Nexus on 8-hour days, providing front-line support to end-users with issues they may experience:
o Monitor production batch records within site production teams.
o Maintain virtual areas and monitor non-routine material usage.
o Review new manufacturing tickets, cleaning tickets, and setup tickets on Regulus, updating revisions as necessary.
o Investigate discrepancies between manufacturing tickets and goods movement reports, ensuring 100% data integrity when errors are detected.
o Assist operators with scanning issues, such as over/under/key component.
* Involved in Production BCP activities and provide emergency Tanker Unloading/Solvent Recovery area support.
* Complete IIT, FIT, and Stability testing.
* Review cleaning tickets on certain rigs and report for completeness as they are executed.
Responsibilities Continued:
* Provide consistent documentation across all rigs.
* Release GMP tickets for all rigs, ensuring GDP, attachments, CPP review, etc.
* Track documentation errors across team/shift and highlight common problem areas of tickets.
* Collaborate with production operators, chemists, production assistants, and QITs to address areas of concern.
* Raise Level 1 Quality Deviations for all rigs.
* Manage ticket room and flow of completed production tickets.
* Routing new and revised procedures/batch records and compliance documents in document management systems.
Requirements:
* Proven interest in working within production and understanding our business processes.
* Demonstrated high level of IT skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to help others.
* Proven ability to deal with unexpected issues using problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated Good Documentation Practices and compliance with procedures.
* Self-motivation with the ability to operate without close supervision.
Educational Requirements:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent education or experience.
