We provide comprehensive training, teaching you everything from handling multiple calls to managing customer queries, making outbound calls, and even diary management. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls on behalf of our clients, representing their businesses with professionalism and care. You'll expertly direct calls, take detailed messages, and promptly forward them via phone call or email.
* Engage in outbound lead generation, proactively reaching out to potential customers to help grow the client's businesses—your excellent communication skills will shine here!
* Quickly and efficiently manage client requests, queries, and suggestions, ensuring professional customer service in every interaction.
* Promote our services and facilities, confidently sharing the benefits of what we offer with clients.
* Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure all client needs are met, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Skills needed:
