Head Chef required for a landmark gastro bar & restaurant in Galway City. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, ensuring high-quality food, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Head Chef, knowledge of kitchen health and safety procedures, and excellent communication and people management skills.
Key competencies include the ability to understand and practice health and safety in the kitchen, multitasking, and ensuring COSHH policies are followed.
