Opportunity Overview
This exciting role allows you to make a real impact within New Ireland's Compliance team, supporting senior leadership in meeting regulatory obligations and collaborating with executives and partners.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Head of Compliance on regulatory responsibilities
* Develop and implement AML, CTF, and FS frameworks to protect clients and the business
* Prepare annual reports for senior management and the Board with informative compliance assessments
* Lead all aspects of Financial Crime risk indicators and supervise compliance, identifying key trends for improvement
* Serve as the primary contact for Financial Crime matters with law enforcement
Key Qualifications
* ACOI, LCOI or QFA qualifications

The Compliance team is pivotal in handling regulatory and conduct risks to deliver trusted financial services, operating as the second line of defence within a three-line model.
