PE Global is currently recruiting for a Strategy & Business Excellence person for a leading multi-national Biologics client based in Dublin.
This is an initial 12-month contract position.
Our client is looking to recruit a temporary Manager, Strategy & Business Excellence on a 12-month fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity to support the Strategy and Business Excellence team. The successful candidate will report directly into the Associate Director of Strategy and Business Excellence and will support the deployment, capability building and continuous improvement of the SB&E strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery on the systems within the Technical Pillar. The candidate may also be required to support the people or management pillar within the S&BE team.
2. Support delivery supply efficiency strategy.
3. Support Continuous Improvement, Digital tier management, Standardized work, Problem solving Value stream management.
4. Support design for Six Sigma and associated certification.
5. Support Metrics & Performance Management.
6. Support site strategy deployment and reporting.
7. Support PMO activities and portfolio management.
8. Responsible for planning and execution of site communication needs.
9. Lead Meeting Excellence program for campus.
10. Support Maturity Assessment management and resulting actions for the campus.
11. Lead and Support site strategic improvement activities; including fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achieving sustainable high standards of performance through training, coaching and stakeholder engagement.
12. Support effective business governance processes to support the day-to-day business performance.
13. Provide mentoring and coaching to Program Sponsors, Managers and Lead End Users.
14. Manage Program /Project lessons learned processes and the continuous improvement of the PMO.
15. Lead projects as listed in management pillar for current year as required, assuming the role of Program Manager.
16. Support delivery of people and culture strategy.
17. Support Project Recognition.
18. Support engagement for campus.
19. Support learning for campus, both regulatory and developmental.
20. Support onboarding.
Professional experience and qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business or a related field is required.
2. A certification in other related field (Lean Six Sigma belt, PMP, Change Management, Strategic Management or Learning) is desired.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivery of any Strategy and Business Excellence systems, or a related role within a complex, matrixed organization (Preferably GxP).
4. The candidate will have proven decision-making ability, strong communication skills and the ability to work well and influence cross functionally.
