Job Description:
A 6-month Office-Based opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator II in Cork, Ireland has arisen.
Main Responsibilities:
* Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers
* Arrange travel for visiting candidates as needed
* Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
* Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
* Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reports
* Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
Requirements:
* Recruiting coordinator or coordination experience required
* Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint essential
* Bachelor's degree necessary
Preferred Skills:
* Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
