Community Partnership Job Profile:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager in delivering of activities and Social Care Leaders to provide support and training to the care team.
Duties Include (but are not limited to): Responsible in leading the care team with the support of the Unit Person In Charge in allocating the day-to-day activities.
Responsible in ensuring a regular review of the day to allocation according to the skill mix of care team and needs of the residents.
Responsible for guiding the Care Team in the implementation and completion of any projects delegated by the ADON.
To assist Nurses and Managers in the supervision and monitoring of Vcare compliance.
Responsible for mentoring new staff and support staff.
The will take part in the assessment process during the orientation and probation period.
To work in partnership with the Social Care Manager to ensure effective and efficient implementation of scheduled activities.
Any other duties as assigned by line manager Essential Requirements:
FETAC Level - Healthcare.
Supervisory experience or demonstrated potential Knowledge of Residential Care Legislation and HIQA Standards.
Excellent track record as a high performing Healthcare worker.
Elder care experience.
Ability to motivate, supervise and inspire colleagues.
