Job Description
The Food Pass Coordinator will play a crucial role in upholding our esteemed reputation by demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and adherence to service excellence. This position involves supervising food and beverage service areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, fostering employee development, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise food and beverage service areas to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
* Liaise with Head Chefs and Executive Head Chef to arrange staff training on food Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other F&B SOPs.
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Food Pass area.
Requirements:
* Engage well with the team to deliver high standards of service.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Food & Beverage service.
* Show adaptability and ability to work well under pressure.
* Possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
* Maintain a professional image at all times in line with Hotel standards.
* Show commitment to leading and mentoring the team.
* Be flexible with working hours, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.
