Responsibilities
* Support deskside, network, software & print for various clients.
* Resolve a variety of tickets throughout the day.
* Work autonomously with the support of a dedicated dispatch team and Service Delivery Manager.
* Maintain a normal Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week, with occasional remote client site visits.
Qualifications
* 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent).
* Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions, and IT ticketing systems.
* Valid driving license.
* Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting.
