Senior Landscape Architect - Dublin City Centre

This role offers significant potential for professional development and advancement, leading on a wide variety of landscape projects for a range of private and public sector client teams.
Working as a Project Manager, you will have project management responsibilities, including contractual, financial, and programme management of projects through design, detailing, and construction.
1. Establish strong working relationships with other members of the landscape team and internal teams across the business.
2. Develop and manage the work of others.
3. Communicate clearly, including the ability to write concise technical reports and to contribute to conference calls, meetings, and workshops.
4. Be client-facing and respond to client requirements.
5. Produce or oversee the production of drawings and other technical documentation using appropriate software, with the necessary level of detail required at various stages of development: strategies, conceptual design, detailed design, and production information through to supervising the implementation of works on site.
6. Compile tender submissions and secure new work.
7. Guide and develop junior staff with your technical ability, knowledge, and competence.
8. Work collaboratively and iteratively within a multi-disciplinary design team.
Requirements
1. 8+ years of experience with a strong emphasis on delivering projects through detailed design to site.
2. Third Level Qualification as Architectural Technician, Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architecture, or similar.
3. Degree or Masters in Landscape Architecture or equivalent desirable.
4. Full driving licence.
5. Design creativity, creating and implementing designs.
6. Knowledge of development plans and planning policies.
7. Detailed design construction knowledge.
8. Understanding of guidelines and regulations relating to noxious weeds and plant diseases.
9. Knowledge of contract requirements for RIAI, IEI, NRA/TII, and public procurement.
10. Familiarity with building development regulations and guidelines.
11. Knowledge of health & safety in construction regulations.
12. REVIT experience over several years.
13. Software proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PDF Programmes & Microsoft Office.
