Our client is a leading player in the private-label FMCG space and is looking to hire a commercially focused and relationship-driven Key Account Manager.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing retail relationships, identifying new opportunities within key accounts, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the commercial strategy for selected retailer accounts
* Drive sales performance, margin growth, and long-term account development
* Monitor customer activity, forecast demand, and identify emerging opportunities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and quality teams
* Contribute to pricing strategies, proposals, and account planning
* Ensure timely resolution of queries and outstanding payments in collaboration with finance
* Provide insights into customer trends and help shape new product opportunities
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within FMCG (ideally private label)
* Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue
* Experience engaging with major retail customers is highly desirable
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
