Job Summary
We are looking for a new Sales System Co-Ordinator employee to be based in Tralee, Ireland.
The Sales System Co-Ordinator will be in charge of providing the administrative hold up necessary to grow our business and enhance customer relationships to grow revenue and profitability.
What a typical day looks like:
1. Work closely with the sales team and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
2. Assist the sales team with the development and growth of business with new and existing customers.
3. Provide sales administration and holds up to the function, working closely with the sales team.
4. Possess thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services.
5. Assist the Sales team in the preparation of quotations for customers.
6. Create sales orders upon receiving the purchase order from customers (if applicable).
7. Provide and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports provided by the sales team.
8. Assist the Sales team in identifying sales guide and opportunities, providing relevant research of opportunity and information relating to the guidance.
9. Experience with CRM tools.
10. Cross-functional communication with the solutions team to ensure sales team has all necessary hold up required.
11. Monitor sales pipeline performance with sales business to ensure quarterly & annual targets are met.
12. Contributes with sales management to identify areas of improvement in the sales pipeline & work with sales team to develop a strategy.
The experience/qualification we are looking to add to the team:
13. Some proven work experience experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant capacity.
14. Ability to effectively present information and acknowledge to questions from groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers
15. Strong organization and planning skills.
16. Strong communicator who is a self motivator
17. Knowledge of MS Office
18. Excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills
