Scopely is looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team in Ireland on a hybrid/remote basis.

What You’ll Do
1. Assist the Lead Technical Product Manager (TPM) in the smooth operation of the Technical Product for our Core Tech Cluster.
2. Write succinct and effective documents describing project goals and requirements so that our engineering teams can execute on them with confidence.
3. Assist the Lead TPM in requirements gathering, stakeholder relationships and roadmap planning.
4. Help track in-development projects, ensuring key requirements are fulfilled and are not lost during production.
5. Support communication between tech teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritise technical needs.
6. Gather and communicate feedback on internal tools to ensure they are user-friendly and effective.
7. Support the gathering of priorities from leadership and stakeholders by developing workflows to capture both large projects and smaller bug fixes and improvements.
What You’ll Need
1. Some experience working in a team environment, ideally within a technology, game development, or software-related field.
2. A strong ability to think critically and communicate effectively.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. The ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them in a simplified way to stakeholders.
5. To love games and have a strong understanding of standard gaming concepts and ideas.
Bonus Points
1. Exposure to software development practices and technical tools.
2. Exposure to game engines, tooling and a familiarity with basic game development.
3. 1-3 years or more experience in software engineering, QA or Production.
4. 1-3 Years or more experience in Technical Product Management in another tech industry.
