Job Summary
This role requires a highly organized individual who will track training development for new hires and existing employees including cross-training. This individual will have shared responsibility for operators’ Electronic QMS knowledge, process knowledge, and ability to assemble complex Medical Devices. This person will also look after recording/filling of all training-related documentation.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
The Trainer will be responsible for:
1. Introduction, development, compliance, and cross-training of manufacturing personnel
2. Establishing and maintaining training protocol focused on ensuring that individuals are fully trained
3. Implementing and maintaining a training tracking system to track training status, facilitate operators' development, and allow cross-training to improve flexibility across the production team
4. Supporting training needs of the Manufacturing and soliciting feedback on areas of improvement, working collaboratively to address training gaps
5. Evaluating and developing training plans for new operators
6. Ensuring all employee training records are up to date
7. Collaborating with Supervisor, Leads, and Quality to ensure procedures, training requirements, and work instructions are being regularly followed
8. Facilitating hands-on evaluation to ensure performance accuracy and compliance with work instructions
Education And Experience Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medical device environment, with preferred experience as a trainer.

* Ability to demonstrate a record of excellent performance in meeting high standards of quality, quantity, and dependability (attendance and punctuality)
* Good communication skills and proven ability to organize and execute training plans provided by leadership
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage training records within IFS system and training matrix
* Ability to work well with others, and ability to work well on teams
* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
* Ability to work in an FDA or ISO regulated manufacturing or clean room environment
