Our Sterile Drug Product facility in Cruiserath, Ireland, is at the forefront of this mission. We are seeking an experienced individual with aseptic manufacturing expertise to join our team as a Technical Lead.
This role will play a key part in establishing our multi-product commercial Drug Product Facility with both vial and syringe fill finish technology. You will provide technical input into all phases of the SDP project, from CQV to commercialization activities.
The start-up nature of this project requires adaptability, innovation, and a willingness to learn. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical issue troubleshooting, providing training to manufacturing specialists, and working with cross-functional departments to implement project design and validation.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related subject, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a GMP environment and biopharma manufacturing experience. Expertise in sterile drug product manufacturing and lean manufacturing techniques is highly desirable.
