About the Role
The-firm is seeking an imaginative and dedicated Senior Sous Chef to join their skilled team at our award-winning restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and monitor HACCP procedures
* Assist in devising and developing menus with a creative and contemporary approach
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
* Foster a positive attitude and "can do" personality within the kitchen team
Requirements:
* At least two years' experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury establishment with volume banqueting
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for food and cooking with flair and imagination
