About the Role
This role is part of our flexible work model, offering a mix of onsite and remote work environment for those located in one of our office locations.
* Focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers for our products in the office of the CFO and CHRO.
* Sell our company's products, systems, and/or services via telephone or electronic means to existing customers in assigned territories, industries, or accounts.
* Closure of sales on products, systems, and/or services is required.
* Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound, and/or outbound sales activities.
* Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
* Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems, and services.
* Direct customers to websites or other company resources for information.
* Act as sole sales representative for assigned territories, industries, accounts, and/or products.
* Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
* Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
About You
* Minimum 1 year experience in closing sales.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closure.
* Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
* Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO required (e.g., workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred).
Other Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is required; MA/MS degree preferred.
* Motivated to reach quotas and overperform.
