Job Opportunity at a Luxury Five-Star Property
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales and marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Identify new leads and sales opportunities, focusing on corporate, meetings & events, and group segments.
* Undertake proactive sales calls/activities with clients, meeting agreed KPIs.
* Promote and generate new business for various segments, including transient corporate, group, and meetings & events.
* Manage client relationships, organise site inspections, and represent the hotel at networking events and trade fairs.
* Database management, competitor analysis, and communication updates.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum three years of experience in a Sales or Business Development Executive role, preferably in a 4/5-star luxury property.
* Experience dealing with corporate and MICE markets locally, nationally, and internationally.
* Strong lead generation skills and ability to create successful sales pitches.
* Target-focused, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.
* Proven track record in group and event conversion, as well as achieving sales targets.
