Oxygen Care are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their esteemed Operations and Product Support Department. In this position, you will be part of a team who provide a professional engineering service on site to meet the needs of the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all aspects of product support and product commissioning in the field including, but not restricted to:
2. Responding to un-scheduled calls/orders.
3. Completion of scheduled maintenance work.
4. Completing regulatory Field Safety Actions.
5. Liaising internally with Warehouse, Sales Dept. & Product support Dept.
6. Provide training and responding to customer needs when on site.
7. Attend product training when required.
8. Through active positive team-working, strive to meet the operational needs and requirements of the business in the interests of providing the best service to customers.
9. Fully engage with the company’s ISO quality management system.
10. Identify and feedback commercial and sales opportunities.
11. Some travel/overnights are a requirement of this role.
12. Responsible for the on-site maintenance of the products including, but not restricted to:
13. All aspects of service and repair.
14. Troubleshooting, test, repair and service equipment.
15. Commissioning of equipment.
