Job Title: Customer Support Advisors – Dutch
Reporting to: Team Leader
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Customer Support Advisor.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
The role involves working closely with a diverse and vibrant team to meet business expectations, communicating effectively with customers, resolving queries efficiently, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, proficient MS Office skills, fluency in Dutch and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-level customer service and put customers first at all stages of their journey.
* Work closely with the team to meet business expectations.
* Communicate effectively between customers, the company, and the team.
* Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
* Provide administrative support to the team.
* Professionally handle all enquiries and follow up on any issues efficiently.
* Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the team leader.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a customer service role with ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Fluent Dutch & English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Great attention to detail and organization skills.
