Business Relationship Manager and Strategy Lead
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal health and management of our systems through monitoring, training, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive positive user experience and usability by identifying and implementing process improvements.
* Monitor system and support metrics to ensure operational support of applications.
* Participate in multi-functional teams to align departmental goals with IT strategy.
* Provide technical mentorship to the IT organisation.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures.

* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proven project management skills in a GMP/GXP environment.
* Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
