Responsibilities:

* Board Meeting Support: Assist the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in planning and organizing Board Meetings, including preparing clear and appropriate papers.

* Committee Support: Plan, organize, and attend meetings of key Board Committees, prepare detailed minutes, and maintain schedules of topics and action logs to ensure that all decisions are executed.

* Annual Evaluation: Support the annual effectiveness evaluation process for the Board and committees.

Requirements:

* Company Secretarial Experience: The ideal candidate has experience working in a company secretarial capacity, preferably within financial services.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high-impact influencing, and stakeholder management/engagement skills are required.

* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently, balancing multiple priorities, and executing against tight deadlines.
">
* Planning and Organisation: Strong planning and organizational skills, a strong focus on accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary.

* Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Diligent Board Portal software is essential.
