PFH Technology Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager.
The key purpose of this Project Manager role is to oversee a large-scale infrastructure upgrade project.
The team will consist of both technical and business resources. The role will involve a high level of stakeholder management and regular meetings.
This opportunity is based on a 12-month daily rate contract.
Role / Opportunity:
* Link in service to ensure local manager prioritizes the project, enabling the technical team engagement on the floor with department heads and infection control.
* Coordinate any activities and correspondence into local IT resources where required.
* Link into local departments to understand their needs.
* Manage and maintain regional issues log.
* Engage with end users at all levels across the organization and local service providers for local information.
* Attend onsite to coordinate activities where required.
* Escalate issues appropriately to management or other parts of the organization if unable to resolve.
Skills / Experience:
* Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar lead role.
* Customer service focused – good engagement style with customers/users and their managers.
* Must be solution-oriented and have a problem-solving mindset.
* Some level of technical knowledge; networking is an advantage.
* Ability to manage and coordinate activities to ensure maximum efficiency and resource usage.
* Demonstrate good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to understand complex data and recognize discrepancies, gaps, and errors.
* Must have a clean driving license and access to a car.
