EZ Living Interiors is seeking a Junior Office Administrator to join our head office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised person with strong administrative skills. This role will be a multi-departmental role which in turn will offer the successful candidate a broad range of experience.
Primary Functions:
The key focus of this role is to support the Head Office team in all administration duties and ensure that we deliver exceptional customer service.
Key areas of responsibility:
Respond to and resolve queries from stores promptly.
Organise and maintain appropriate filing and record-keeping, ready for auditing and inspection at all times.
Operate the main phone line and direct calls in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
Monitor incoming emails and respond in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
Assist Purchasing, Accounts, Logistics and other head office departments with overflow administrative tasks
Processing and verifying finance applications, in line with company finance application guidelines.
Carrying out general ad-hoc administration and office maintenance duties.
The role requires:
Strong software skills: an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, and an understanding of Intact an advantage.
Professional phone manner
Ability to work on your initiative as well as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be disciplined and organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent numerical skills
Superb time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks.
Previous experience in office administration desirable
