Open Positions:
Fridge Engineer
Are you an experienced Fridge Engineer with a passion for diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems? This role is perfect for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
What you'll be doing:
1. Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems, including temperature-controlled units.
2. Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently and effectively.
3. Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment usage and best practices.
6. Maintain accurate service records and reports on maintenance activities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer needs and service requests.
8. Stay updated on the latest refrigeration technologies and industry advancements.
What we're looking for:
1. Proven experience as a Fridge Engineer or in a similar role within the refrigeration industry.
2. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, including installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
3. Relevant qualifications in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
Business Development Executive
Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities? This role offers an exciting chance to grow our market presence and contribute to our business expansion.
What you'll be doing:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and market analysis.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.

4. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.

8. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
What we're looking for:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

3. A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
4. Relationship-building expertise, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and professional approach.
6. Experience in the temperature-controlled solutions industry is an advantage but not essential.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
8. A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
