Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day administration of our residential projects in South Dublin, working closely with our development teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Documentation control, including management of site documentation and reports
* Administration of site matters, including timesheets and BCAR (Building Control Authority Record) compliance
* Maintenance of accurate records, including weekly site progress reports and site order books
* Health and Safety paperwork management, in conjunction with the foreman
* Material and plant management, ensuring efficient use and maintenance of resources
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Site Clerk / Site Administrator / Site Secretary or Document Controller within the construction sector
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
