Hiring for an HRIS Specialist to support the HR Business Unit IT systems, optimizing HR Information Technologies and working with vendors engaged in day-to-day operations.

Role:
To support all aspects of the HR Business Unit IT systems required to support the HR Operation.
The Role Will Support The Following Within The HR Function:
* HR Information Systems
* Advisor to the HR Management Team
* Service Management (HR IT Partners)
* User Acceptance Testing
* Data Access Forum
* Operational Risk
* Stakeholder Management
* Project Management
Support HR Information Systems Operations:
1. Support the successful day-to-day operation of the current HR-IT infrastructure, including data integrity, automated interface, and reporting processes.
2. Ensure Group IT compliance in respect of HR EUC Access applications and annual reviews.
3. Develop and maintain documentation to describe HRIS processes interfaces and data structures.
4. Ensure user guidelines and documentation are available as self-service guides.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Proven ability to deliver to SLAs
* Able to work effectively in situations that require decision-making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
* Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality
* Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics
* IT Service Management experience with a strong focus on service provision preferably in a financial services organization
* Good understanding of current employment legislation and compliance
* Strong working knowledge of HR systems, Core HR an advantage
* Expert command of Microsoft products critical to the delivery of the responsibilities of the role
