We are seeking a highly skilled HR Information System Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of a new HRIS system for our organisation in Dublin West, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing organisational needs and designing relevant HRIS solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse organisational needs and design relevant HRIS solutions
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met
* Develop and maintain a project plan for the system implementation
* Work closely with all key business departments, including HR, IT, and other departments for the HRIS implementation
* Scope out best practice HR processes aligned with business needs
* Ensure the system integrates seamlessly with other existing systems
* Plan the migration of existing HR data
* Develop and deliver training programmes for users
* Create user manuals and related documentation
* Monitor system performance and user feedback
* Maintain the highest levels of security and confidentiality
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or Human Resources Qualification preferably
* 5+ years related experience, with proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodology
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
