We are seeking a highly skilled and professional receptionist to join our dynamic team in Cork.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, managing a busy switchboard and ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls efficiently
* Providing excellent customer service and assisting with inquiries
* Managing visitor check-ins and maintaining a welcoming front desk
* Handling administrative tasks such as email correspondence and data entry
* Supporting internal teams with reception and office coordination
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a call-heavy receptionist, customer service, or switchboard role
* A professional and confident phone manner
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
