Raising Films Ireland is seeking an Administrative Assistant to oversee day-to-day activities and support projects, partnerships, events, and online presence.

Job Details
Location: Remote, with site-specific events as needed
Work Schedule: Part-time position, 8 hours per week (flexible scheduling), with opportunities for extra days during busy periods
Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months
Salary: €25 per hour, €200 per day, or €200 per week
Reporting to: The Chairperson, Project Manager, and Board of Raising Films Ireland
Responsibilities
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as checking company email, updating social media and website, and organizing schedules
* Maintaining regular engagement and communication with Screen Ireland and other industry stakeholders
* Supporting good governance practices within the organization
* Planning RFI events
* Organizing and coordinating Board Meetings
* Supporting RFI's projects, including the Flexible Working Programme and Case Study development
* Contribute to the growth of Raising Films Ireland through its operations handbook development and membership community system
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or supportive role
* Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
* Delivery of projects on time and on budget
* Social media and website marketing experience (desirable)
* Experience in the Irish screen industry (desirable)
* Event planning experience (desirable)
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with RFI's community
* Understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements (desirable)
